Refund Policy

1. Overview

SiteFast is a credit-based platform. Subscriptions grant monthly credits, and top-ups add one-time credits that power AI generations and SiteFast Cloud usage (build compute, hosting and bandwidth).

This policy explains when payments are and aren't refundable.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access (and any remaining monthly credits) until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Credit top-ups

One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, because credits can be spent immediately on AI and Cloud usage.

Unused top-up credits do not expire and remain available on your account.

4. Eligible refunds

We will issue a refund if you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), if a paid feature was unavailable due to a confirmed fault on our side, or where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us through the in-app Help center within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and the transaction details. We review every request and respond within a few business days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
